Rick Vito

Legendary Rick Vito was part of the band Fleetwood Mac (1987 -1991), he took over as lead guitarist after Lindsey Buckingham left Fleetwood Mac. Rick Vito is best known for his blues and slide guitar style. He has been a featured player on Bob Seger’s albums since 1986 and played the famous slide guitar solo on the Seger song and Chevy truck ad, “Like a Rock”. He also was a long-standing member of Bonnie Raitt’s touring band in the 1990s and played with Jackson Browne, Little Richard, John Mayall, Dobie Gray, Roger McGuinn, Bobby Whitlock, John Fogerty, Delaney & Bonnie, Albert Collins, Dolly Parton,Maria Muldaur and others. His CD/DVD production collaboration with Mick Fleetwood, Blue Again! was Grammy nominated in 2010.
