Monophona

There´s a sensitivity to this band which can be put down to an intertwining of the intriguing electronic components from producer, Chook and (for live shows) percussionist Jorsch combined with vocalist Claudine´s folk-rock background, inspired by the likes of Tom Waits, Van Morrison and Joni Mitchell, in true acoustic style. They began to push together the two extremes of their musical knowledge to see what could be possible, with no expectations, and were willing to accept the challenge of this unique collaboration and the result is a beautiful combination of the two movements.
