Vom 8. bis 10. Juli findet wieder das Big Rhythm Rumble Festival im Roxy in Ulm statt.
Es war in vielerlei Hinsicht ein verdammt schwieriges Jahr. Dennoch wird es auch 2016 wieder einen Big Rhythm Rumble geben. Mittlerweile sind fast alle Bands und DJs, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, gebucht. Und es ist wieder ein fantastisches Programm geworden!
Eines der musikalischen Highlights sind dieses Mal The Limboos aus Madrid, die nicht zuletzt mit ihrer 7inch „Big Chief“ ein wild rockendes 60s-Rhythm’n’Blues-Statement ablieferten. Diese Band ist nicht nur verdammt sexy sondern auch musikalisch ein absoluter Volltreffer. Und auch sonst gibt es wie immer beim Big Rhythm Rumble viel musikalische Abwechslung. Neben viel wildem und authentischem Rockabilly ist diesmal auch wieder jede Menge Rhythm’n’Blues und mit den Velvet Candles aus Barcelona zum ersten Mal auch eine Doo Wop Band vertreten. Darüber hinaus sorgen mit Miss Aloha (London), Lucky Shooter (Frankfurt), Bronco Boobalooga (Zagreb), Pierre La Qua (Ulm) und noch einem weiteren zu buchenden Act fünf international bekannte DJs für den richtigen Sound beim Record-Hop.

Again from July 10 to 12, the Big Rhythm Rumble Festival is taking place at the Roxy in Ulm, Germany.
It was a real heavy time in the last 12 months, but there will be a next Big Rhythm Rumble in 2016! In the meantime almost all bands and djs, with a few expections, are booked. Andi t is a fantastic program again!
One oft he musically highlights this year are The Limboos from Madrid. Not at least they with their fantastic 7inch “Big Chief” they delivered a wild rockin 60s rhythm’n’blues statement to the fans. This band is not only damn sexy, they are also a musical bulls-eye! Like every time there is a lot of musical variety again at the Big Rhythm Rumble. Besides a lot of wild authentic Rockabilly there is once again a lot of Rhythm’n’Blues and for the first time – with the Velvet Candles – a Doo Wop band. More informations are following soon. Plus five internationally renowned djs from all over Europe: Miss Aloha (London), Lucky Shooter (Frankfurt), Bronco Boobalooga (Zagreb), Pierre La Qua (Ulm) and one more to name, will bring the best sound to the record hop and to the big stage
