ABOUT BUDOKON:
The BUDOKON YOGA style is best described as a transition based Yoga flow with continuous circular rotation. This Yoga style honors its traditional classical roots of Hatha (asana based) Yoga while bringing a completely unique contemporary Martial Arts circular influence. This flow was created and is taught by Hatha Yoga Master and Martial Arts Grandmaster Kancho Cameron Shayne.

2-hour Workshop combines Asana Practice and Lecture.
Learn how Budokon combines warrior and yogic principals taught in the tradition of Budokon by it’s creator Cameron Shayne. During this workshop he and his wife Melayne will guide you through elements of the Budokon Yoga Primary and 2nd Series, combining strong and circular sequence of postures, martial arts transitions, arm balances, backbends, zen meditation and restorative poses to increase muscular strength, flexibility, concentration, and the cultivation of pure witness state.

Explore 20 different inversions and transitions with one of the pioneers of contemporary yoga.
