This is a young women’s only workshop, specifically
designed to help build strong, confident girls through
exploration, collaboration, hands-on activities, reflection
and media analysis. We facilitate a supportive, girl-centered
environment that emphasizes leadership, teamwork and
healthy body image. This workshop is designed to build
girls’ confidence and resilience, and to help them recognize
and use their own positive identity and voice. We will supply
girls with glimpses of broader career choices in hopes of
expanding their beliefs about what women and girls are
capable of. We will strive to encourage girls to creatively
explore their world and all it has to offer them – and more
importantly – what they have to offer the world.

The workshop is supplemented by a keynote speaker.
Target Age Group/English Ability: ages 11-17 (bilingual girls), ages 13-17 (non-bilinguals with B2 minimum English knowledge)
