ÇØÜ magazine
Inspired by the Aspen magazine, published
1965 - 1971 by Phyllis Johnson. ÇØÜ magazine is
a magazin which shall also be published in a
Box, a hand-made magazine which counts in each issue
with different topics, subjects, collaborators and
designers.
ÇØÜ magazine is the result of an intense
experience of collaborative and exchanging projects
of ideas that have taken place in Berlin
in the last years. After this exchange experience
we began to question ourselves about the ephemerality
of these experiences.
In order to counteract the volatile nature of
Berlin, we decided to create these time capsules
that function as platforms for portable events.
The theme of the first issue of ÇØÜ is "Room,
"Quarto", "Zimmer" and is approached through: poetry, prose,
video, sound, drawing, collage, pop-up, photography, slide,
etching and origami.
ÇØÜ is a project of Dídio Pestana and Marta
Leite, the first issue in collaboration with the
designer Inês Ferreira.
The artists who participated in the first issue
of the ÇØÜ are: Kári Páll Óskarsson, Mário Gomes,
Catarina Laranjeiro, Anais Senli, Jaime Raposo, Jo-
Ana Bértholo, odysseasKlissouras, Elisa Balmace-
Da, João Dias, Marco Ugolini, Nina Bendzko & Di-
Ana Restrepo, Francisca Villela, Stine Sterne, Graw
Böckler, Gaelle Kreens, Sara Pera, Aurora Muñoz and
Eirik Sordal.

ÇØÜ magazine
Inspirada na Aspen magazine, publicada entre
1965 – 1971 por Phyllis Johnson. ÇØÜ magazine é
uma revista que será igualmente publicada numa
caixa, uma revista feita à mão em que cada núme-
ro conta com diferentes: temas, colaboradores e
designer.
ÇØÜ magazine é o resultado de uma intensa
experiência de projectos de colaboração e inter-
câmbio de ideias que têm tido lugar em Berlim
nos últimos anos. Após esta experiência de troca
começámos a questionar-nos sobre a efemeridade
destas experiências.
Para contrariar o carácter volátil da cidade de
Berlim, decidimos criar estas cápsulas do tempo
que funcionam como plataformas de eventos
portáteis.
O tema do primeiro número da ÇØÜ é “Room,
“Quarto”, “Zimmer” e é abordado através da: po-
esia, prosa, vídeo, som, desenho, colagem, pop-
up, fotografia, diapositivo, gravura e origami.
ÇØÜ é um projecto de Dídio Pestana e Marta
Leite, no presente número em colaboração com a
designer Inês Ferreira.
Os artistas que participaram no primeiro número
