World Gone Mad

In times where the world stops breathing and darkness covers the universe, something stirs in the blackened vaults of Belgium. Driven on ambition, past experiences and the love for music World Gone Mad sets out what it always intended to do. Raised from the ashes of several former projects, 5 individuals set up a band, only with one purpose: to write music, perform and counter cold ages in a world gone mad.

November 2007 is marked as a milestone where the band took a leap of faith and started rehearsing for more than one year without playing any shows or recording any songs. All efforts finally resulted in their debut CD. Teaming up with Fatzoundz Productions (Janez Dedt, The Setup, Death Before Disco, Severance) for the recordings and Marco Abularach (The Icemen) for the design, lead to an intense masterpiece of 6 songs which was released by TTD early 2009. The songs were well accepted and worldwide opinions highlighted the dawn of a new era: World Gone Mad playing shows in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France.
As for now, World Gone Mad is continuously devising strategies for world domination. Keep your eyes open and stay one step ahead in a world gone mad.
