Bringing some Southern California sound, the debut from Kill The Dandies! is a peculiar beast mixing surf rock, goth, country, indie rock, Japanese pop, and rockabilly sounds into one package. I Saw White Fields is a strange and enjoyable album. In general, Kill The Dandies! have done a superb job of paying tribute to their influences in this debut, creating a strong set of memorable tracks that will certainly turn heads and grab attention.
